Arriving by road - HOW TO FIND US

In January 2010 our planning permission was changed to allow powered aircraft operations at Easterton. Previously any powered aircraft operation had to be in connection with gliding activity and this restriction has now been lifted. Pilots wishing to visit Easterton may now do so but Prior Permission is required (PPR). To arrange PPR please phone the chairman, Robert Tait, in the first instance when seeking permission or if he is not available, Geddes Chalmers the CFI. At weekends you may call the airfield where any instructor or club director may authorise PPR.

When arriving please give a call at 5 minutes on 130.100 Mhz so that we may keep you informed of any activity or if the airfield is not active with gliders. Please note that you may be asked to hold for gliders or tugs to land.
